Client/Marketing Associate

 Position Description-

 

Highly successful Wall Street Financial Consulting Team seeks a mid-level Series 7 licensed individual to help coordinate the team?s marketing and business plans. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills, a strong sense of self-discipline, and experience working in the Financial Services industry.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Coordinating the practice?s client relationship management Scheduling and coordinating conference calls, meetings, and formal presentations to compliment the on-going client service programMailings, telephoning, compiling presentations, and scheduling appointments with existing and potential clientsCreative input and assistance with marketing strategies geared toward identified target marketsOngoing research and performance tracking of external money managersMeeting, organizing, and coordinating interaction with the practice?s outside service vendorsAssisting in presentation delivery to existing and potential clientsPreparing performance reports and quarterly summaries for existing clientsMaintaining and implementing ?value-added? service deliveries to clients
