Prestigous firm is seeking a highly motivated individual to join its Sales & Marketing team.

Job Duties include:

q Maintaining and enhancing the firm?s relationships with its institutional clients

q Handling client inquiries and complaints, and responding in a prompt and professional manner on behalf of the firm

q Working with internal business units to resolve client inquiries

q Assisting the Head of CRM and the Director of Sales & Marketing in driving the firm?s cross-selling effort

q Collaborating with other departments on projects related to clients

Requirements:

q Bachelor?s degree

q 3 - 5 years of experience in working with financial institutions in a sales or relationship management capacity

q Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills

q Solid understanding of securities trading and custody businesses

q Successful track record in client relationship management

q Ability to perform in a multi-disciplinary professional team

Additional Requirements a plus:

Series 7, 63 and 24 Working knowledge of securities processing systems Experience in sales and cross-selling Experience with customer relationship management system
