You will be responsible for the performance of daily administrative functions and client contact in the Public Funds Client Service Group. Responsibilities include daily settlement of funds, processing daily securities transactions, monitoring cash activity, special reporting, reconciling accounts and acting as liaison between clients and Bank operations. You will also be responsible for providing a single point of contact to the Client(s) he/she is assigned. Responsibilities also include expediting trade settlement instructions, short-term cash investment transactions and inquiry resolution, monitoring overdrafts/sale fails/long balances, corporate action processing and principal and income payments.

 

To qualify, you must have several years of similar experience in global custody, administration/securities processing, experience in the Public Funds Market is beneficial. Strong communication, interpersonal and PC skills are required. BS/BA in Finance or Economics required.
