Basic Purpose:

Responsible for all institutional bank loan database submissions, questionnaires standardized reporting and routine data requests. Conducts asset class, marketplace research and product analysis as directed. Assist in responding to service inquiries from assigned client base including inquiry response, research and account maintenance.




Primary Responsibilities:

Answers routine client inquiries, interpreting the request and providing resolution, under direction of more senior staff as appropriate. Coordinate with other EV departments to ensure that high quality and timely client service is provided, in accordance with defined parameters.

Prepares and revises all standardized and ad-hoc client reports and inter-and intra departmental reporting tasks.

Prepares, revises and monitors all distribution lists for internal and external clients.

Assists in preparing institutional bank loan RFP?s and maintain answer database.

Manages software applications.

Updates and disseminates periodic asset class data from LPC, LCD,
Moody?s, LSTA as well as CLO/CDO research from multiple sources.

Participates in broader institutional projects as needed.




Job Requirements:

Bachelor?s degree

Minimum of one year of investment services experience

Strong communication skills

Strong analytical skills

Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint

Works well within a team environment.
