Client Service Associate

The Lynch Retirement Investment Group of Wachovia Securities Financial Network is seeking a client service associate to assist team of top producing financial advisors with administrative and operational tasks.  Daily duties include addressing all client service issues, opening new accounts, processing IRA distributions, processing checks/wires, account maintenance, meeting preparation and other duties as requested. 

 

Qualified candidates will have 2 - 5 years financial services industry experience, prior client service experience and Windows proficiency.  Series 7 license is a plus, but not required.  Candidates must have excellent communication skills, ability to manage changing priorities in a fast paced environment, be extremely detail oriented, and have good organizational skills.  Must be pro-active in in learning important aspects in the business, and must be a team player.
