DESCRIPTION
GKM Advisers is a private investment adviser for high net worth individuals, pension funds and foundations.
We are seeking an Operations / Client Service Associate to serve as primary point of contact for operational issues and customer inquiries, including opening new accounts, wires, delinquent documentation, and ACATs. Also included will be preparation of reporting data, billing, performance and compliance reports on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis. Maintenance of the company website and light administrative duties will keep this position varied and interesting.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience in brokerage/investment advisory industry required
Series 7 not required
Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel
Knowledge of other MS Office Suite programs helpful
Knowedge of portfolio management software a plus, particularly Schwab Performance Technologies' Portfolio Center
