Open Solutions Inc. has a full suite of software products and services designed to allow banks, thrifts and credit unions to better compete in today?s aggressive financial services marketplace, and expand and tap their trusted financial relationships, client affinity, community presence and personalized service.

We seek a Client Support Analyst to join the Client Care Department at our Banking Solutions Group in Cherry Hill, NJ. This individual will interact with client banks to perform all aspects of client service activities on a daily basis. You will
 * log, track and manage incoming calls, with up to date note, to provide timely and accurate resolution of client issue and ensure client satisfaction
 * provide client training/consulting, both on site and at Open Solutions' facilities, as well as provide training for colleagues
 * conduct testing of software releases to assure correct results and reliability
 * provide guidance and assistance to clients implementing the RMS software
 * request, test and verify the completion of any and all jobs required to achieve a successful database load for the implementation client.

Requirements:
To qualify for this position you must have
 * retail banking experience (2 to 5 years) primarily focused on deposit products
 * experience installing and maintaining PC software
 * strong oral and written communication skills.
