Closer II

Preclosing loans, Escrow Management System (EMS), Reviewing HUD's and other documents from Title Company, Post Closing loans, working on Post Closing report. Coordinate closing with staff, brokers and closing agents. Verify information for document preparation, clear closing conditions, notify brokers and/or closing agents of missing information. Review closing documents for accuracy and completeness. Perform preliminary audits on information received from the title companies. Input loan and wire information into mortgage origination system. Final follow-up with brokers and/or title companies on outstanding issues or documentation needed to support funding and/or complete the file. Perform final audits on purchase of closed files to ensure accuracy of documents and completeness of file. Answer questions of staff and work out closing problems. Answer broker and closing agent questions. Troubleshoot problems on current closings as well as prior closing.

2-4 years experience in the mortgage closing, funding or processing. Must be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and perform under pressure. Strong communication and problem solving skills are required. Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated.
