Collateral Specialist

Ranked as one of ?Fortune 500?s Fastest Growing Companies?, United Auto Credit Corporation (UACC) is a leader in the indirect automotive financing industry.  Located in Newport Beach, UACC is currently seeking a dynamic and self-directed Collateral Specialist.

 

The ideal individual will assume responsibility for various administrative duties within a fast paced Corporate Office by performing the following functions:

 

As a Collateral Specialist, you will:

 

? Review all new collateral files received (contracts, credit applications and title applications) for completeness, proper signatures, and accuracy;

? Ensure that proper collateral records are kept and that suitable backup is obtained;

? Process title requests and overnight to branches;

? Receive and process monthly titles;

? General customer service to branches;

? Perform administrative functions such as title processing, data entry and file maintenance;

? Occasionally deliver collateral to Deutsche Bank.

 

 Qualifications:

Experience:

 

2 to 5 years auto finance/consumer finance, customer service and administrative responsibilities
