Collectin Analyst 1

NLR distribution company is seeking Collection Analyst 1. Applicant will be responsible for daily credit held releases of orders, responsible for all collections, follow-up on payments and adjustments, create requests for credit memos, maintaining detailed customer notes, and sending out weekly aging reports with comments to credit manager. Applicant will also be responsible for reducing the days of sales outstanding and improving collections over 60,90, and 120 days. Applicant must have an associates degree in accounting and at least 2-3 years experience in collections and accounts receivable, and must understand the basic bankruptcy law.
