Maddocks Collection Service has been in business for 75 years and is centrally located in San Diegos Mission Valley. We are a small agency with a stable client list accepting only first placements. Our Agency operates on leading edge CDS/Tiger Software and our office is professional and up scale. 

 

Job Duties:

 This position collects delinquent accounts by locating and contacting debtors and making 100+ collection calls each day.  Set aside time to support legal actions by collecting analyzing and summarizing information which remain with the collector after judgment. Other tasks of general office operation will occasionally be necessary. This job requires working two evenings a week & two Saturday mornings each month. 

 

Qualifications

 We are seeking an experienced bilingual (Spanish) collector. Applicants should have accurate typing at 40 WPM, computer literate and comfortable in a professional setting. Applicant should also be familiar with FDCPA & FCRA. Must be reliable, able to work independently and comfortable asking for payment in full for delinquent accounts. Integrity is a must...
