Collection Managers

Progressive, growing consumer collection agencies desire top notch 3rd party managers at 3 levels to support their stunning growth - projected at 50% over next 12 months.

 

Generous bonus for achievement in addition to solid base and relocation assistance awaits the right people.  Collection agency experience is required. 



3 levels of opportunity ranging from base of $40-$70K and bonus from $10K-$50K. The 3rd party collection manager level positions require hands-on skills in the talk-off, second talk-off and side-by-side areas, along with coaching and mentoring of collectors. Team size 12-25.



The upper level operations positions require above skills, plus batch track analysis, portfolio analysis and some budgeting experience. Team size 60-100+.



Positive team leaders who can drive portfolio performance will do well in these environments. Credit card portfolio experience a definite plus.
