Collections/Accounts Receivable Specialist
RHODE ISLAND TEXTILE COMPANY is a leader in manufacturing, innovation, and sales to a wide variety of retail markets, (including Pet, Shoe Care and Crafts), high technology industries, the military, shoe, apparel and industrial customers. Rhode Island Textile has an opening for a Collection/Accounts Receivable Specialist. This person will be responsible for handling collection calls, reconciliation of customer accounts, filing, mailing and other administrative tasks as needed. The specialist will work closely with Management and other internal departments to analyze and solve collection issues by researching and processing invoice payments, charge backs and returns.
