Purpose and Description:

?

Responsible for all reporting requirements regarding the Accounts Receivable area and supplied to all internal customers including the collections team, sales and customer service functions.? This role will provide reporting for all finance reporting and all auditor requirements. ?Ensure all corporate policies and guidelines are followed and met.????

Essential Functions:

?Reporting automation of existing reports produced daily, weekly, monthlyMaintains automated reporting structures Analyzes and Reports on daily, weekly, monthly A/R statisticsDevelops models/reports to analyze business issues/risks, and provide tools to the Sales and Service Field-based organizations to assist them in achieving common AR objectives.Effectively compiles and presents budgets and forecasts.Reconcile Accounts Receivable related G/L accountsProject leadership and stewardship skillsTakes lead role in identifying opportunities for process improvement and develops action plan to meet those needs.Supports all finance and A/R initiatives and Ad Hoc reporting requirements? Performs other duties as necessary.

Minimum Requirements/(Skills and Knowledge):

?Advanced Computer SkillsExtensive knowledge of Excel and Access, MS ProjectSkilled in Utilization of Data Warehouse, Report Writing, Automation Programs, Crystal Reporting (strongly preferred)Financial and Accounting knowledgeStrong analytical skillsExcellent communication skillsSkilled in Six Sigma/Lean or one of the work systems disciplines SAP skillsBusiness Analyst Skills

Education:

?Education:? Bachelors degree in Accounting or similar field.? Experience:? At least 5 years experience to include successful process improvement projects, finance reporting, or accounts receivable supervisory/management.?
