Collections Representatives

Todays Staffing, a National leader in the staffing industry, has a need for a Collections Representaives in the Southside area!

 

Job Purpose:
Protects and recovers organization's assets by monitoring accounts; collecting delinquent accounts.

Duties:
Will collect on delinquent accounts by locating and contacting customers; establishing repayment terms and schedule. May perform skip tracing duties, as well as uncovering fraud by monitoring suspicious account activities.

Skills/Qualifications:

Must have 2-3 years of recent collections experience!

Must have great verbal and written communication skills!
Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
