Collector - Part Time
USAA is currently seeking a talented Collector - Part Time for our Phoenix, AZ location.
As a Collector - Part Time for USAA, you will protect the financial interests of USAA by contacting members to collect and resolve early stage delinquency accounts for all products or lines of business for USAA. You will negotiate with member to arrive at mutually satisfactory payment arrangements.
Qualified candidates need to possess:
High school diploma or equivalent.
2 years of customer service or financial service experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools and applicable systems.
JOP applicants changing job families who are required to take a selection test battery will need to pass the selection test in order to continue in the staffing process.
Preferred experience includes:
1 year of collections experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desire to work with members to help resolve payment issues and focus on member retention.
Work Hours are:
Monday - Thursday 2pm - 8pm & Saturday 7am - 1pm
