Commercial Credit Collector
AutoZone, Inc, the world's leading vehicle solutions provider and a Fortune 500 company is currently seeking Commercial Credit Collectors for temp to perm opportunity.
Successful candidate will support all internal and external customers needs in the area of customer account billing, including, but not limited to billing questions, collection of delinquent accounts with the primary goal to satisfy and retain paying customers. Contact external customers and attempt to collect just due balance and encourage the customers to make future payments
Research and respond to customer written and verbal requests and questions regarding invoices, statements and general billing questions.
2+ years experience in a high volume call center to include business to business collections. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge in Excel, Lotus Notes, Windows, with the ability to diffuse conflict and resolve issues in an assertive manner, analyze and identify billing issues that would cause the customer's account to be delinquent.
Educational Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.), may include specialized or vocational courses.
