Commercial Loan Officer 10153
Our client is a Community Bank, established in Michigan, built on trust and customer service. They are currently expanding into new markets in East Lansing. We are looking for a Commercial Loan Officer to join the team.
In this role, you will be responsible for: the overall success and growth for assigned sales territory as measured by new business loan acquisitions as well as growing existing relationships with successful small businesses. You will provide small businesses with working capital, equipment, real estate financing, and cash management solutions that create value for customers and yield loan commitments. Will also deposit balances for the financial services firm; design and implement strategic marketing plans as well as analyze, structure, underwrite, and negotiate credit requests.
Requirements: Candidates must have 7 plus years experience in Commercial Real Estate Lending and a Bachelor?s degree. Formal Credit training and middle market training and experience are essential. Good business development and communication skills. Candidates must have a good sales and marketing ability plus experience developing business in the East Lansing area.
