Commercial Loan Processor/Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant will provide support for Business Bankers and Loan Officers at the Main Office in their job responsibilities of loan and deposit generation, portfolio management, and customer service.  A good understanding of commercial and consumer loan documentation and collateral paperwork is required.  This includes required processes for perfection of security interests, documentation for different types of corporate or partnership entities, preparation and filing of UCC's, or anything else to perfect First Bank liens.  In addition to preparing loan packages and ensuring completion before closing, the processor will work with attorney's office, customer, or any other necessary area to prepare the loan package in a timely manner.  This also includes functioning as an assistant to the Main Office Business Bankers for scheduling appointments and providing customer service to clients.

 

Required qualifications include high school diploma, prior banking experience in a commercial loan department, excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to work with all tiers of the organization and foster a team environment, and Microsoft Office.
