Job Description:

We are capitalizing on the relationships we have with our existing broker base and looking for innovative Real Estate Analysts/Appraisers to join our Commercial team.

As a successful candidate you will utilize your experience in managing and navigating through the network appraisal process from vendor contact to loan submission, including review and approval of commercial fee appraisers. As part of a commercial team you will work alongside Appraiser Management to track and monitor appraisal quality utilizing a variety of market trade and data sources. The analyst position involves partnering with Branch Managers and underwriters to assist in the analysis, underwriting and closing of commercial real estate loans.


Essential Skills:
You are the ideal candidate if you posses the following attributes:

Enhanced research capacity and valuation expertise with a minimum 2 ? 3 years of commercial property appraising and/or review experience.
Effective interpersonal and communications skills, partnered with well-developed customer service skills.
Proven quantitative and analytical abilities, along with the ability to organize and prioritize details while completing multiple tasks on schedule.
The ability to problem-solve, exercise independent judgment, display a high degree of initiative, and work productively with minimal supervision
Computer literate with a variety of data sources and computer systems.
College degree or equivalent work experience.
