Compliance Auditor

CITY: St. Paul STATE: Minnesota COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
-Responsible for auditing loan transactions for compliance with company policy and lending regulations
-Review and validation of loan documentation
-Prepare reports of audit findings for distribution to senior management
-Identify trends and make recommendations for policy or procedure changes to offset
-Work with Operations and Training departments to improve associate awareness
-Work with Legal department as required
-Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:
-2+ years experience in installment loan underwriting, post-closing or loan document preparation
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Excellent organizational skills

Desired:
-College degree (finance/business or related field preferred) or comparable experience
-Goal-oriented individual who can function successfully in a fast-paced environment
-Strong problem solving and analytical skills
-Understanding of real estate secured credit processes
