Compliance Manager

Guidance Residential, LLC is a national mortgage provider seeking an experienced, highly motivated, self-starter to fill the position of Compliance Manager.  This position will be responsible for all state and federal mortgage banking compliance, quality control and licensing requirements.  Compliance Manager will ensure regulatory compliance is met within all areas of business operations as well as interacting with all levels of management regarding compliance issues. 

 

A successful candidate will have minimum of 5 years of mortgage banking experience of which at least 3 years of combined experience in compliance, quality control and licensing; experience in preparing and responding to state and/or investor audits; excellent oral and written communication skills; strong organizational abilities; and excellent attention to detail.
