Compliance Officer - 80k + bonus

Prestigious investment management firm in downtown Boston is adding a Compliance Officer to its team. The firm offers an array of alternative investment products which in turn offers a unique opportunity for exposure on these cutting edge offerings. The Compliance Officer will have a great opportunity to oversee and further expand the firm's portfolio compliance management program and to improve the firm?s technology and other related systems to ensure firm compliance. Play an active role in implementing automated compliance rules, developing automated reporting, and documenting internal procedures and controls related to pre- and post-trade portfolio compliance.  The firm offers incredible benefits and culture.

 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of investment advisory compliance experience, an advanced degree is a plus, a strong academic foundation and pro-active nature are also critical.
