Seeking Construction Loan Specialists for our Bellevue Loan Center

 

POSITION PURPOSE

Perform the administrative functions needed to assure accurate and timely disbursement and completion of custom and speculative construction loans.

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

1. Over three years in-depth experience or demonstrated ability.

2. Demonstrated 10-key and computer capabilities, utilizing Word and Excel. Customer Service experience.

3. High School plus additional training equal to 2 years of college.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

1. Requires the ability to understand and carry out assigned duties effectively.

2. Knowledge of office routines, accounting procedures, operation of equipment such as typewriter, adding machine, calculator, on-line computer terminal and personal computer.

3. Requires knowledge of general business methods and techniques.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Process requests and coordinates disbursement of construction loan funds. Conduct or coordinate property inspections to determine percentage of completion.

2. Prepare cost breakdowns, certificates of job progress, and inspection files.

3. Coordinate signature of final disbursement forms.

4. Final custom construction files in preparation for conversion to permanent.

5. Assist with administration of construction interest payments and reserves.

6. Assist with administration of modification/extension of all types of construction loans.

7. Assist in preparation of construction reports.

8. Assist with coordinating construction loan pay-offs.

9. Process the construction loans and assist in closing functions.

10. Maintain master builder files.

11. Other duties assigned.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Stand 5-10% of workday.

2. Sit 90-95% of workday.

3. Operate computer keyboard, typewriter, 10 key and other office equipment.

4. Occasionally lift 25 pounds.
