Qualifications

Experience working with reporting and analysis of data, 4-6 years preferred.
Strong attention to detail required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage deadlines with demonstrated project management skills preferred.
Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Access required.
Familiarity with report writing and data presentation.
Ability to clearly articulate any non compliance to CPO and business line heads as required.

Responsibilities

The position will be responsible for submitting accurate and timely information into the CFG Contracts Database; verifying accuracy of all information currently contained within database; providing monthly and ad-hoc reporting exception reporting and program management of any incomplete information requiring follow-up. Maintain and update the CFG Contracts database. Ensure contract submission form is complete and accurate. Quarterly comparison of Accounts payable data with CFG Contracts database to determine adherence to Contracts Policy and provision of management reports to highlight business areas in non-compliance to Contracts Policy. Manage and enhance the process by which all Citizens contracts are submitted to the Contract Administrator covering new contracts, renewals and termination's. Provide appropriate reports to Strategic Sourcing team leads on a monthly basis to enable sourcing managers to take appropriate actions. Program manage follow- up on any determined actions. Work with vendor risk management to provide risk reports and scorecards on a monthly basis and ad-hoc as required. Input, to Contracts database, results of Risk assessments performed on contracted suppliers. Provide reporting on the outsourcing of Technology related activities to vendors for compliance with federal regulatory requirements (FDIC). Support Procurement Risk Manager on all elements of reporting (i.e. Business Continuity Governance, Audit, and Risk Assessments.
