Contract Administrator/Equipment Leasing
A general equipment lessor located in the NW Suburbs is actively searching for a Contract Administrator to join the team in the Buffalo Grove office.
The Contract Administrator will be responsible for preparing, auditing and reviewing lease documents, calling for verbals and funding vendors.
Education and Experience:
The ideal candidate should have: 3-5 years of experience in processing lease applications, documents and funding. Vendor programs, Master Lease Agreements, Leaselines and Sale Leaseback . Filing UCC?s. Obtaining proper insurance certificates. Familiarity with credit scoring.
Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, T-Value (and/or HP Business Calculator) and the ability to learn & work in our customized software/database programs.
Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and able to work in a team environment
