Control Accounting Adjustment Specialist

Currently we are hiring a Control Accounting Adjustment Specialist.  In this role, you will review, process and quality control financial transaction corrections to shareholder accounts for all clients.  Utilize knowledge of mainframe systems to ensure adjustment requests will produce the desired results.  Calculate and correct earnings to shareholder accounts. 

 

The ideal candidate will have one to two years experience in the Mutual Fund/Financial Service Industry (preferably in an Operations environment) and must be proficient in general PC and Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel) Must possess strong communication skills, be well organized and extremely detail oriented.  Candidates should also possess the ability to work independently as well as in a group setting and succeed in a fast paced environment.

 

Additional Preferred Skills:  Ability to multitask and prioritize essential.  Mainframe knowledge of FSR, and SDI as well as Impress.  Effectively utilize Microsoft Word and Excel.
