Fund Controller will provide leadership and management of the organization?s accounting practices, monitoring of its investments, financial reporting, and organizing, directing and controlling the work of the accounting personnel. Assure that the investment companies accounting functions are in accordance with generally accepted accounting principals; oversee financial reporting, including quarterly financial reporting, investor reporting, and internal monthly reporting; manage annual audits and quarterly reviews; recommend and develop policies, procedures, reports, and systems to meet company objectives; supervise REIT compliance; monitor significant investments and partnership agreements. This team leader will be an integral member that is guiding of this company's dynamic growth and expansion.
