A privately-held Tri-state area based progressive print vendor company for publication firms has two exciting financial positions available.

Controller



The successful candidate, a dynamic, proactive individual with strong accounting, finance and communication skills, will posses extensive experience in managing all aspects of accounting, finance, and purchasing in a fast growing company. We reward superior performance and this is a great opportunity for someone to have both immediate and lasting impact.

The qualified candidate will have a BS in accounting, finance, or another related field of study, CPA, MBA in Accounting/Finance is a plus. A minimum of 8 years experience, public accounting experience is desirable including cost accounting. Must be proficient with various popular software applications including databases, spreadsheets and word processing. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills are necessary with acute analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Assistant Controller



Responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting functions and provide administrative support to the Controller as required to promote internal controls and compliance and functional efficient throughout the Accounting process. Promote staff development as well as the supervisory staff in preparing timely, accurate and consistent management reporting.

The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor?s degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance, a minimum of 5 years experience, cost accounting experience with multi-function analysis. Must be a computer literate, self starter with a positive attitude and high energy level. Good interpersonal and communication skills are a must. Candidates with a print and/or publishing background are a plus.
