Coordinator, Corporate Communications

This individdual will have primary responsibility for supporting the corporate and marketing communications groups in providing
day-to-day administrative support including mail, telephone, calendar management, travel and expense duties, as well as perform
regular website updates and project management support as needed "" including database management, shipping materials,
screening vendors, writing memos and other correspondence, monitoring shared email and voice mail boxes, etc.

Answering and monitoring telephones/email boxes; coordinating travel and meeting calendars; separating/opening mail; creating expense reports; photocopying/faxing; ordering supplies, shipping materials

Providing updates to Radian"&tm;s corporate website using database management system (no software experience required)

Process matching gifts requests and related correspondence; maintain database tracker; process invoices and research invoice inquiries; maintain database of paid/processed/in-progress invoices

Distribute news releases; maintain and update resource libraries; database management; data research/compilation

Develop and edit copy; oversee production of printed materials; screen potential resources such as agencies, designers, consultants and printers

Other administrative and project support as needed

Required Skills:
The qualified individual will have 6 months to 1 year of related work experience as well as a Bachelor's Degree.

In addition the candidate should have the following qualifications:

Experience in website development a plus; not required

Proactive, team-oriented and deadline driven

Ability to travel as required, by car, train and airplane

Strong communications skills and attention to detail
