Position Description
Work as part of a customer service team for a major broker dealer. General responsibilities include handling queries on corporate action events, including voluntary and mandatory events, redemptions, dividends and interest payments, physical certificate processing, U.S. Treasury auctions, and bankruptcies. Specific responsibilities will focus on servicing high net worth clients, ensuring that the team adheres to established service level agreements.

Skills Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact with internal clients up to the officer level. Strong customer service and analytical skills.

Skills Desired
In-depth knowledge of DTCC corporate action, redemption and income processing routines, systems, and methods. Knowledge of Wall Street vendors such as Xcitek, CCH, FII, and FT Interactive. Experience and understanding of corporate action, redemption and income processing.
