JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities for this position:Control the balances on internal processing accounts to ensure aged items do not exceed 14 daysEnsure all depot breaks are cleared on day <li>Produce MIS to support any balances over 14 days Sign off all voluntary files to ensure accurate election processingTrain staff on all systemsTest new IT functionality for existing systems, raise bugs and suggest improvementsProvide support around complex issues to ensure accurate processingBe a point of contact for the prime broker clients and reps on complex or sensitive issue

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:3-10 years of experience with all corporate action types relating to voluntary, mandatory and dividends in the US, Canadian and Latin American markets

 

DESIRED SKILLS:Fixed income experience
