Corporate Actions VP- Up to $110K + Bonus
The Corporate Actions Vice President will serve as an expert in all functions related to daily corporate actions processing and settlement. Conduct daily functions using appropriate controls, work with sub-custodians, brokers, vendors and various internal departments to resolve operational issues. Coach new members of team, communicating with all levels of management, complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner, and manage multiple projects at once.
Bachelor?s degree is required, minimum 6 years of corporate actions experience, management of a corporate action team preferred, and a minimum of 10 years of securities operations experience in a custodial bank, brokerage or mutual funds company required. Knowledge of trade and settlement practices in domestic and foreign markets required. Excellent computer and communications skills a must.
