Corporate Banking Analyst

Job Description: Candidate will have 5-7 years in the banking industry, with some specific knowledge of the leasing industry or equipment financing industry a plus as well as some specific knowledge of loan financing from a credit, documentation and UCC filing perspective.


A working knowledge of credit risk management and credit is essential.


Candidate will assist in management of the Leasing Group’s relationships with Fortune 500 investment grade Corporate Banking and non-Corporate Banking related names, including new business development, coordination of credit write-ups with CSU analysts, interfacing with CSU analysts as well as Relationship Managers for the ongoing development of business.


Responsibilities would also include: working with lease administration to track lease payments, past due reports, preparation of KYC reports, interfacing with UCC filings for confirming security interests in leased assets, assistance with new business development as well as ongoing business relationships.

Job Experience:
* Knowledge/experience of equipment finance, lease/loan finance and credit analysis.
* Knowledge of the loan industry as well as some specific knowledge of the leasing industry in relation to large ticket CB and non-CB names.
* Ability to contribute to existing business as well as new business development.
* Ability to interface with client and equipment vendors.
* Detail oriented and able to work under tight deadlines for funding.
* Team player.
