Corporate Operations Analyst

 

 

 Summary:

 The Corporate Operations Analyst will work in consultation with the AVP, Corporate Operations Support to ensure all corporate processes are documented, communicated and updated, and inefficiencies are identified and addressed through training or process improvements.

 

Responsibilites:Provide the highest level of customer service to internal customersAccurately document all policies and procedures within acceptable timeframes on company approved templatesResearch and document operational procedures based on technology enhancementsIndependently analyze given subject matter and make recommendations to Management to streamline and/or improve workflow and/or processesRecommend projects for process enhancements to improve performanceAssist Department Leaders with presentations

 

Requirements:

?  Associates Degree in related field (preferred)

?  Proficient in UniFi and/or LoanSoft

?  4 years of Mortgage Banking experience (preferred)Some travel and overtime may be required

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skillsStrong skills in MS Office, MS Project, Crystal Reports and VisioProven ability to work independentlyAbility to successfully balance multiple prioritiesProficiency in UniFi, LoanSoft, Desktop Underwriter and/or Loan Prospector a plus
