Corporate Retirement Plan Specialist
401(K) Plus is a division of Planned Financial Services, is seeking a Corporate Retirement Plan Specialist to run our 401(k) Division.
As a Corporate Retirement Plan Specialist you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Responsible for developing, managing, and retaining new corporate retirement plan client relationships through our 401(K) Plus program
Coordinate with Marketing Manager all marketing initiatives based agreed upon budget.
Monitor and report status reflected in business development data. Reporting of data, indication of trends, interpretation and recommendations at least monthly.
Manage and keep current all client service systems pertaining corporate retirement plans
Evaluate and update our investment plan providers
Daily, Weekly and Ongoing Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
1. Develop and maintain a personal prospecting plan in order to schedule weekly appointments with new prospects as well as enhancing relationships with existing clients and with centers of influence.
2. Client liaison.
3. Provide annual contract reviews to client
4. Track and document all sales efforts
5. Promote additional services when calling clients.
6. Answer employer and employee plan questions
7. Conduct plan enrollment meetings when cost justified
8. Conduct due diligence in preparing plan recommendations
While working in a team oriented firm model, the ideal candidate should be a self-starter that possesses the ability to listen, find and understand a potential clients concern and motivate them to take action with our firm. In addition to these characteristics we are seeking someone that has the following experience and educational requirements:
1. Over 3 years of experience in banking, trust or financial services
2. Degree from an accredited college or university, advanced degree or professional credentials a plus (CPA, MBA, JD, CFP?, ChFC, CLU)

Primary compensation is a combination of base pay, new sales bonus, firm revenue share. This will be based on the candidates experience and qualification to contribute to the firms bottom line.
