Corporate Risk Analyst

The ideal candidate will report and monitor the following:

 Risk Management Reporting

 Consolidate data on claims, premiums, revenue and fleet inventoryProduce Risk Management Reports (Year over Year, Quarter over Quarter, and Month over Month).Accounting Package ReportLost Work Day ReportLag Time ReportRepeater ReportManage and Validate the data in the various RMIS systems (i.e. GRA, RiskTrac, RSG, etc.)Quarterly gather and provide critical data to provide to Independent Actuary Company, such as Claim Loss Data, Fleet Inventory, Large Losses Information, Corporate and Field Operations Payroll Information.Provide Information to Accounting for 10Q and 10K filings

 AccountingPay monthly AP invoices on timeline schedule (Broker Fees, Large Losses, ESIS/Liberty Claims Costs and ESIS Service Fees, Reliance PT Claimants, Monopolistic State fees, and Executive Insurance Premiums, etc.).Manage entire AP process (timely and accurate submission to AP)Cash Management Weekly Update Report weekly benefits and monitoring all medical and prescription billings (Will continue.Provide upper management status reports of questionable claims/losses as requested.Participate on weekly Risk Management/Safety conference calls.

 Insurance Policy Renewal

 Assist in Gathering Data to present to Broker/Underwriters for insurance submissionPayroll audits by state & NCCI codes

 Administrative:

 Assist Director, Claims Managers, and Accounting functions where neededCoordinate on-site and off-site meetingsCollect and Distribute Department Mail Allocations of claims to the proper division for the current period as well as historical.Allocation of payroll to the proper division, state and NCCI codes.

 Good knowledge Level of the Claims Management Process, Audit and File ReviewUnderstand Workers? Compensation, General Liability, and Auto Liability claimsCan work independently with a High Level of Detail
