Credit Card Relationship Manager (experience required)

OBJECTIVE:  Ensure the efficient and accurate operation of the Bank?s prepaid and credit card programs through interaction with our third party partners.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

? Help monitor Bank prepaid and credit cards in conjunction with third party Partners

o Ensure Partners are in compliance with Bank policy & procedures and Federal and State regulatory laws by working with NCP Compliance Manager

o Develop policy and procedure manuals for relevant lines of business

? Act as primary liaison between internal Lines of Business staff and external Partners/Vendors

? Establish daily reporting and monitoring results to ensure Bank is able to track all partner activity

o Monitor and maintain reporting to include velocity, delinquency, trends and detection of early warning signals

o Develop monthly management reporting

? Perform onsite Operational/Performance reviews of Partners. Assist with Compliance and Regulatory reviews

? Perform initial and ongoing due diligence reviews of business Partners

? Work NCP staff to implement new relationships

? Timely preparation and/or review of product documentation

? Demonstrated ability to analyze, negotiate and manage complex situations

? Ensure daily settlement and monthly invoice activity is completed by working with appropriate NCP staff

? Interact with various business Partners to ensure existing programs are properly serviced

? Travel is required (Approximately 40%)

? Assist VP, Card Products, National Consumer Product in other duties REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience: Five plus years experience preferred. College degree preferred (business administration or related field). Experience with Credit Card or similar Programs required

 

 Skills and Competencies:Experience in calling on large public and private companies.

? Experience in managing Prepaid/Credit Card or similar relationships required

? Knowledge and understanding in Prepaid/Credit Card performance reporting and evaluation

? Some knowledge Prepaid/Credit Card Compliance

? Understanding of credit card underwriting

? Ability to work independently

? Ability to multi-task is essential

? Detail oriented and strong in policy and procedure development

? Excellent communications skills, written and oral

? Competent problem solving skills

? Ability to perform job functions accurately and with attention to detail

? Ability to maintain confidential customer and Bank information in a responsible and secure mannerStrong PC proficiency using MS Office ? particularly AccessMathematical Skills:  Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, percentages and interest.  Strong ability to communicate/build relationships with people.Ability to solve practical problems

 WORKING CONDITIONS

Traditional office environment with no unusual work conditions

Travel is required, national and overnight stays (approx 40%)
