Manage a team of 6 to 20 FTEs, supporting a business/industry, product area, centralized or decentralized branch or business.? Ensure correct identification and approval of credit risks; maintain adequate controls and operational procedures in accordance with bank policies.? Maintain excellent service quality, pursuing internal customer feedback formally and informally, and following up on recommendations.? As a senior professional, acts as a broad resource to CRMS and the business, looking beyond specific job tasks, taking initiatives, raising issues, and finding and implementing solutions.?
Core Competencies to include: working with team to ensure consistent interpret existing and new credit policies, effectively manage and control the consistent application of processes and procedures, and analyze root causes of limit breaks and other process issues.

Data Quality Control: generate/monitor portfolio reports, assess changes, detect and resolve errors, support business units by proactively responding to information needs.

Audit Preparation: Ensure data requirements and other support required for audits are provided accurately and on a timely basis.? Achieve acceptable audit results.?

Other Qualifications: People management techniques, tools (organization, motivation, evaluation etc.) Strong product knowledge, good people management skills, and strong customer focus. Also required are excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills - written, oral.

Experience/Education Guideline:
Broadly experienced professional, knowledgeable about credit process, operational process, information and people management. Bachelors degree or equivalent management experience, 7-9 years banking or related experience.
