Cross Sell Processor II

Job Description: GENERAL FUNCTION: Manages day-to-day operations for the cross-sell department. Is directly responsible for simultaneous closing of equity products and distribution of credit card leads. Position may serves as a team lead role providing training and support to entry level cross-sell processors and handling small to medium cross-sell related projects as assigned by management.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Acts as a liaison between Mortgage, Retail and Consumer Lending to ensure that all equity products are processed in a timely manner


Problem solves all issues pertaining to approval of the equity products


Tracks Mortgage Platinum Package usage trends by MLO and region


Creates and completes monthly cross-sell reports


Provides mid-level research and analysis on cross-sell trends


Coordinates simultaneous closing of equity products with the mortgage


Works closely with the sales manager to identify training needs


Serves as subject matter expert on equity and credit card process


Trains new cross-sell processors on day to day activities


May lead or participate in small to medium cross-sell projects as assigned by manager


May provide additional support as necessary
