Responsibilities:
?Provide superior customer service to all internal and external customers.
?Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls regarding balance, checks paid, overdrafts, non-sufficient funds (NSFs), service charges, check verifications, stop payments and general information.
Qualifications:
?Strong customer service orientations
?Strong math skills
?Strong written, verbal and phone communication skills
?Knowledge of Hogan system desired
?Available for six weeks of full-time training
?Ability to make decisions regarding the appropriate customer service action
?Basic PC knowledge preferred
?Product referral skills preferred
