Prospect Financial Advisors, LLC is an investment bank headquartered in Los Angeles.

We are a NASD member firm registered in 50 states. Our primary industry focus is

financial services and real estate. We are currently looking to expand into new industry

sectors including certain areas of healthcare, consumer products and technology. This

position will be responsible for developing deal flow in these new industries.

 

Core Competencies:Significant industry knowledge and experience to conduct business with senior industry executives;Develop client relationships and engagements;Manage the banking team including VP?s and Associates;Manage engagement process including managing client expectations;Provide senior advice on M & A, debt recapitalizations, valuations and fairness opinions;Raise equity, mezzanine financing and bridge financing;Approve and develop offering memorandums and other marketing material.

 

Qualifications:MBA 7-10 years experienceSolid track record of executing transactionsStrong leadership skills to manage and leverage investment banking teamSeries 7 and 24

 

We pay a competitive salary plus annual incentive bonus, based on the firm and individual?s performance. Applicants, at this level, will be viewed as partners in the firm. We are particularly excited about finding the right person who brings a network of referrals for potential transactions and is looking to play a long-term role as we continue to build Prospect Financial Advisors, LLC into a leading West Coast investment banking firm.
