Position Summary:

Under supervision, performs data administration and transformation tasks in support of Customer Service, Tech Support and Implementation Services. Adheres to policies and procedures ensuring company relational data security and integrity. Required ExperienceDuties & Responsibilities:

1) Works on issues of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
2) Under supervision, performs daily administration and manipulation of data. Maintains integrity and reliability of data and databases through the utilization of and adherence to standards.
3) Assists in the implementation of standards for data maintenance and configuration. Performs routine maintenance tasks as appropriate. Ensures proper backups occur.
4) Provides data manipulation and reporting assistance to other departments as needed. Assignments are of a routine nature requiring technical knowledge and understanding of data structure. Required EducationAlong with your outstanding drive for accomplishment, the successful candidate will bring with them:

1) Provide after-hours on-call support for Implementations Services.
2) Education/Training/Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in production information technology.
3) Knowledge of structured query language and relational database structure theory. Experience with Perl, Unix Shell Script and VI.. Database tools: DBAccess and SQL Plus, Equipment Used: RS6000, Sun Microsystems or Intel Servers. Click to Apply
