Data Relationship Specialist II

Summary:   Consult with new clients providing technical expertise while ensuring accurate customer reporting and quality File one Database.  Act as initial welcoming party to data furnishers to Experian.  Ensures data meets Experian/Industry requirements /standards and detect fraudulent data reporting.

Major Job Functions:
Interact with new data furnishers, educate and welcome them to the data contribution process.  Ensure data accuracy and compliance regulations are met and detect potentially fraudulent situations.  Address technical and reporting issues. Identify detailed data contribution issues and ensures data furnishers correct data prior to inclusion in Experian?s database.
Analyze, create, and develop unique templates and control decks to ensure accurate processing for all new contributors.  Drive the requirements and standards of Experian and the credit industry with new contributors to maintain the highest quality of information. Aligning solutions in a manner that will optimize Experian market share and enhance the quality of data from new contributors.
Multi-tasking, within specified timeframes, to provide resolution to external contributor?s issues.

Requirements:

- Bachelor?s Degree in related filed

- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a data management function.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to communicate with executive level and make group presentations.

- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as a dedicated team member.

- Strong skills in the use of data and statistical analysis software.
