Debt Negotiator

We are doing an Executive search for a third-party Debt Collecting company in the Orange County area. If you like working in a casual/fun, yet professional atmosphere, this is the company for you! Who could beat wearing jeans to work everyday? They are expanding greatly and are looking for individuals to add to their team of motivated professionals. Currently, we are in high demand for 3 Debt Negotiators, but also have clerical positions available.

Debt Negotiators will mainly be negotiating payment plans with the debtors as well as trying to reduce their debt with the collection agency. By doing this, you will be maintaining a 3 year relationship with the debtors to continuously help them reduce their debt. This is a very Customer Service driven position, so both verbal and written skills are a MUST!!!! It is very fast paced, yet rewarding opportunity. Salary, Bonuses, and a rich Benefit package are included.
