Job Function/Purpose:Integral part of interdisciplinary team to plan, develop, deliver and service client's corporate nonqualified deferred compensation plans Develop and maintain relationships with clients, Operations Support Team (OST) and Service Center team membersCoordinate deferred compensation plan processing and reporting for clients assignedCollaborate with others in development and enhancement of deferred compensation plan systems and processes

Position Accountabilities:Develop and maintain full understanding of day-to-day workflow processes required for clients? deferred compensation plansCoordinate deferred compensation plan record keeping and transactional activities utilizing Todd's technology, including payroll processing, distribution processing, investment changes, reporting etc.Adhere to Todd Strict Standard Operating ProceduresCoordinate plan activity events/calendars with Account Managers and Account Analysts for clients assignedProvide support and back up to other team members on an as needed basis

Internal Interface:Interacts regularly with Account Managers, Account Analysts and other Client Services team members, including Operations Support Team

External Interactions:Client contacts Human Resources, Payroll, and Accounting

Education and Experience Required:College Degree required, preferably with concentration in math, accounting, or finance1-2 years of experience with daily 401(k) or deferred compensation record keeping and systems processing1-2 years of experience in a professional environment
