Defined Benefits Implementation Project Manager

Under general supervision from the Unit Manager, the Project Manager will handle project management as well as systems and technical aspects of plan set-up and conversion of mid-market plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Meet with new clients and present conversion timeline.
? Complete ?Plan Profile? and set-up ?Plan Synopsis? on recordkeeping system.
? Coordinate transfer of assets and records, reconcile trust to participant records and coordinate the creation of conversion files and post files to recordkeeping system.
? Complete VRU set-up instructions
? Test all functionality

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
? OmniPlan or Plus knowledge required.
? Minimum of 2 years plan conversion experience or 1 year of conversion experience with at least 3 years defined contribution recordkeeping experience.
? Solid PC, interpersonal and written communication skills.
? Calculator writing experience helpful.
? BS/BA or equivalent work experience required.
? Six Sigma experience preferred.
