This role a site leadership position for collections and call center functions for Capital One Auto Finance.? Department Managers will be expected to manage 5-8 Unit Managers and be responsible for team financial results, collections effectiveness, productivity, customer service quality, and associate satisfaction.? In addition, they will participate in wide variety of departmental initiatives and projects.? Change management skills and a strong goal orientation are essential for success in this role as we open this new loan servicing center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Required Skills:
Required-
Candidate must be able to work a schedule that includes nights and weekends.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and concurent projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Candidate must have exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
Must be able to motivate, coach, and develop exempt associates.
5-8 years experience in Financial Services industry.
2+ years managing exempt level associates in a rapidly changing, high performance culture.
3+ years managing in a call center
College Degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred-
Experience managing call center auto collections managers in a Fortune 500 environment.
Advanced College degree or equilalent.

Relocation is not offered to candidates outside of the Tampa area.
Schedule will include nights and weekends.
Base pay of not less than $59,000 and a very competitive annual incentive program up to 32% of base pay.
