Derivatives Trading Applications Support Analyst

Due to Rapid expansion an Exclusive International?Boutique Derivatives Trading team is seeking to add onto staff?an?Applications Support Analyst. This junior to?mid level, growth oriented position will be focused on trading systems support, web trading systems and advanced qualitative and quantitative analysis.?This diverse position require a combination of Internet focused applications engineering (XML, HTML, XSLT and CSS)?and support analysis skills to assist in trade support, new systems roll outs and derivatives analysis. The ideal candidate will assist different working groups with schemas, implementation of systems changes (including documentation), systems maintenance, validation and testing of new systems specifications and?releases and follow up on related support issues. The ideal candidates will have experience working with Financial products and will understand advanced trading related calculations and analytics. Strong mathematical calculations?skills are essential, quant experience is a plus but not required. The cross section of technical and analytical skills will revolve around the implementation of the new industry benchmark FpML which allows for high speed mathematical data exchange between various trading applications and?into which all categories of privately negotiated derivatives will eventually be incorporated. To be considered the ideal candidates will have very strong E-commerce and Internet trading technologies experience working with XML, HTML, XSLT and CSS. .NET coding experience would also be? plus. Any FpML experience would be a major plus. Prior experience creating advanced reports is desired as is an advanced degree (MS, MA, MBA, PhD, etc.).
