Director 1-Global Custody Ops

Description:
Directs the management of Global Custody unit. Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of department?s daily work. Formulates, recommends and implements department goals, policies, and business plan. Manages cost center budget. Assesses staffing needs. Oversees the recruitment and selection process for department. Monitors existing staff?s moral. Fosters successful interaction with client organizations and other areas of the bank. Resolves exceptional problems. Develops service standard for department. Provides input to various reports including RFPs and audits. Stays current on new industry regulations. Analyzes and estimates efficient operations procedures through the use of system technology and/or best practices. BS/ BA required. MBA desirable. 7+ years experience in a manager capacity.
